Living with the effects of a chronic illness can make it challenging to maintain fitness. I work with clients with chronic health conditions to improve strength and flexibility in a safe and effective way.

Functional Fitness

Training sessions to improve your daily functioning and performance in sport with strength and conditioning exercises, endurance and

cardio training, core training and flexibility and balance work.

Pre/Post Natal Fitness

Programmes for pregnancy to strengthen the areas most compromised and post natal workouts to improve core strength to better support the lower back. I also assist with gentle stretching and relaxation techniques.
